Progress report of the ad-hoc Working Group for the preparation of a proposal on the indicators for regional follow-up of the Montevideo Consensus on Population and Development (revised version)

The purpose of this report is to present, for approval, to the member countries of the Regional Conference on Population and Development of Latin America and the Caribbean, whose Third Meeting will be held in El Salvador in October 2017, the final list of indicators to be used for the regional follow-up of the Montevideo Consensus on Population and Development. The main component of this report is the proposal of indicators, but it also presents, by way of context, some relevant background information on their development process and a brief overview of the milestones foreseen until the Third Meeting of the Conference.
