Argentina: Second National Report on Progress in the Implementation of the Montevideo Consensus on Population and Development. 2023
The National Report was prepared exclusively to report the country's progress in the presentation of voluntary national reports within the framework of the Fifth meeting Presiding Officers of the Regional Conference on Population and Development. The first report presented by Argentina was in July 2018. This report presents national actions and policies focused on: the universality of human rights; social protection and the rights of children, adolescents and youth; older adults; migrants; disability; the reduction of unintentional pregnancy in adolescence; universal access to sexual health and reproductive health services; gender equality and women's autonomy; and the comprehensive approach to habitat, socio-urban integration and territorial development; and the indigenous and Afro-descendant population.
