The document is structured in the following three parts: First Part. General description of the country, with a brief diagnosis of the demographic dynamics of Mexico. Second Part. National Implementation of the Montevideo Consensus, structured in accordance with the chapters of the Montevideo Consensus and its priority measures. In addition, the legal and institutional framework, public policies, programs and actions promoted by the Government of Mexico, and respective indicators are presented. Third Part. Achievements and challenges in compliance with the Montevideo Consensus, in the work of the National Committee and in the development and continuity of public policies in Mexico oriented toward different groups of the population.
