This document presents the First National Progress Report on the implementation of the Montevideo Consensus on Population and Development. It is composed of four parts related to the coordination mechanisms and the process of preparing the report; a brief general description of the country; the implementation of the Montevideo Consensus on Population and Development; conclusions and future challenges; and a fifth part that includes some annexes that explain what is described in the document.
