The Plan guides the incident commander, emergency manager, responder, shelter manager or other disaster personnel of the Standard Operation Procedures of the Plan and identifies the protocols and required undertakings of managing a shelter during an emergency or disaster.
General Objectives
To ensure the preparedness and the response actions are in place, stemming from the activation of the shelter to the daily running of the Shelter (once activated) and closing the shelter post disaster or emergency.
